About
It wasn’t pretty, but in 1996 I designed and co-published my first editorial design project on the web, and I’ve been designing and producing editorially driven websites and applications non-stop ever since. I would also argue that I’m getting better at it.
When not working to get better at it, I teach a few segments at The Danish School of Journalism and Media on bringing newspapers to the web, and I’m doing a new segment on prototyping, collaborative design, and project delivery in the first half of 2011…fingers crossed.
Outside of that I’m working on an open source Lorem generator for rapid prototyping and QA called Dummy (Coming soon). And with the time that’s left I’m massaging a flickr group about emerging news platforms called Top Story.
I also enjoy working with start-ups and/or people just working on stuff. I come from a family full of entrepreneurs and DIYers. I think working with and around start-ups runs in my blood. I also have a bucket of ideas on any given day that 9 out of 10 people agree are not horrible. E-mail me and I’ll probably send you one.
More to come in 2011.
